At least you got a big apllication form .... all i got was a dodgy 10 minute apllication form, A5 size with some very small terms and conditions on the back.... will upload later... keep fighting these corparate bullies... we all cannot be wrong

I agree with you ... i have been with mbna since2002 they had more than enough money from me over the years .. now that they have been found out that they have not done what they sould have they have turned nasty on everyone who wishes to challenge them . I will not give in to this bullying and harrasment and so should anybody else...

Have just recevied letter from MBNA saying that they are are starting legal proceeding with a company called Optima legal. I have just been sent A tottaly uncompliant copy of what mbna claims is the original credit agreement . They have already started defaults on me. any advice.....:D:D have been sent a letter from mbna threating legal action with a company called optima legal... anybody had any dealings with them before ????? mbna has taken three months to send me a bad copy of my application form with tiny terms on the back :eek: anyone having the same problems of constant phone calls:lol: :lol:
