  3. I had to come out of my enforced rest for this one.   8. You should definately ring the court first thing tomorrow and ask them what the judge is going to do, you won't need to file for a judgement cause he/she will strike out the defence

  10. Probably best to wait until you get some sort of direction from the court then you will know exactly what you are nudging about!
  11. If your account is still open and you have access to online banking you can see all your statements there and download them

  17. It is tough whatawoman I think we all go through a phase of thinking whether it is worth it and it is depressing. I guess that this is exactly what the banks want to put people off. But it is our money that they have taken and we do get it back in the end.

  19. I though we were all just not good at noticing when our accounts have no money not when there are thousands sitting in there waiting to be spent!!!
