  1. Not been too well but still alive and wanting my money back from HSBC
  2. Well it has been a while and I feel a second claim coming on. Apart from not using MCOL now has much changed? ;-)
  3. I had to come out of my enforced rest for this one. Read BankFodders thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/90426-lloyds-victory-birmingham.html#post825486 It just emphasises the point that good preperation is so important and if you are going to court there are people here that will help and even go with you. And so we continue...who's next?
  4. I'll get it started Lattie may take a while though as you say it is a bit scattered!!
  5. you actually need to go to your original post and press edit to remove your personal details
  6. There are plenty of us around to help so no worries there and here are a couple of threads to get you started http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/25457-guide-reclaiming-bank-charges.html?garpg=10 http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/site-questions-suggestions/71369-getting-mcol-right.html#post614610
  7. Excellent News glad you got your money and don't hold back with the further claims
  8. You should definately ring the court first thing tomorrow and ask them what the judge is going to do, you won't need to file for a judgement cause he/she will strike out the defence
  9. Lattie you have got nudging on the brain at the moment
  10. Probably best to wait until you get some sort of direction from the court then you will know exactly what you are nudging about!
  11. If your account is still open and you have access to online banking you can see all your statements there and download them
  12. you are right philomena I do feel so ashamed so very very ashamed in fact I deserve to be spanked!!!!! lol lol
