Sorry, its not a county court judgement, its a claim notice, but they still want their money which i cannot pay due to my circumsatnces, do i fill out the forms & do i mention the CCA which they have not issued me with (a readable one) ?

sorry i've just got notice, this is the first time this has happened to me & im running about like a headless chicken not knowing what to do ! The money is a large amount & i really do have no chance of paying it & i don't really know what to do & also what can happen to me ! Do i just fill in the forms they have given me with my budget details (in coning & out going) & do i also write to the court explaining about the CCA or are they not interested in CCA's ?

hi, just got a county court judgement come through today, i have links of what i recieved today below, anyone give me any advice on what i should now do, never had one of these before & am quite worried about it all to tell the truth ! Please Help !!!! i owe over 10k but i am out of work & on £60 a week JSA & a mortgage to pay ! Hi Tuttsi & all. spoke to cento this morning & i got through to a customer service manager who offered to give me a refund but after a few insults i threw his way calling them a [causing problems] co etc i listened to what he had to say & if at any time i am not satisfied i can still get a refund, i also told him i am not happy to pay any future credit card payments to any solicitors which he said was fine they can work around that & i am happy to give them the benefit of the doubt for the moment & i'll see what they come back with. They all seem to have a registration number with the claims registration governing body. Be good to find anybody who has had a success with cento review. i'll keep you all informed on how i get on with them...

got done today be cento, the fee must have gone up, i paid them £149 over the phone & they said they would be sending the forms out to me in the post so i'll be on the phone to them first thing in the morning asking for the fee back as i have not signed anything yet. I cant believe i've been taken in by these people but when you are desperate i suppose you try anything for a way out !

HOW ABOUT THIS UPDATED VERSION: Dear sirs, PCN number: Registration number: On XXXX I used an on-street pay & display bay and purchased a ticket for the duration. I checked the return time on the ticket and endeavoured to make sure I was back in time, which I did, when I returned to my car I was dismayed to see a parking attendant in the process of issuing a PCN. It transpires that there was a very small disagreement between my watch and the clock on the ticket machine & the attendants ticketing machine. If for instance there was a +50 second difference in the attendants clock, by the time he took down details for the ticket it must have added at least an extra 1 min & that could be the difference between the expired 2 minutes. Could you please provide me proof that I was late & also copies of the CEOs notes that the clock on the machine matched the time on his machine and a written record that he synced his PDA with the atomic clock at the start of his shift as I am positive that I have not committed an offence to warrant the PCN. I had no intention of staying beyond my entitlement and was genuinely surprised to find that I was given a ticket even though I was back on time. I support the existence of parking controls generally and am not someone who would seek to gain advantage by not paying for a ticket. Kind regards, xxxx ?

hi, just had a call from an agency that look into discrepancies from customer credit cards, loans & mortgages agreements, they say they have qualified lawyers who look at the agreements which they say could up to 18 mistakes which would make any payment enforcible & they could write of the debt & also get refunds from what you have paid. The only fee you have to pay is £150 to start the ball rolling & its a no win no fee basis so if they get your 10k credit card debt scrapped they take 2.5k of what they win back for you. I know there are a lot of these people doing this at the moment but does it work & has anyone had any success from these sort of people or am i just clutching at straws ?

i wore glasses for years & i had it done to both eyes with boots in regents st in london al,ost 10 years ago when it first came about, it cost me then £2,500 then for both eyes but to this day my vision has been perfect & i am now 51, if you do have it done i would go to someone like moorfields eye hospital in london as they are experts on eyes & i would not mess about trying to get the best deal moneywise, it is your eyes so do what is best for them regardless of cost !

can anyone give me a link for a budget planner ? im gonna have to show that i have nothing left at the end of each month so what do they suggest i do ? would they come to a settlement figure ? i owe 11k & mbna gave me a figure of 4k to pay off the debt but at the time i could not afford it but if they took less than 4k i would try & borrow it from family just to get them off my back as its getting me down now !

just got a parking ticket at 2 mins past the elapsed pay & display ticket time, pay & display elapsed at 6.58 & the parking ticket was issued at 7.0 just as i got back to my car he was placing it on my windscreen ! surely you get a few minutes leeway ? its also islington council & its a straight £80 which is criminal !

i parked in a pay& display parking spot in the borough of islington, the dislpay ticket expired at 16.58 i returned to my car by my mobile clock at 16.59 to find a traffic warden writing out a ticket with the time stated on the ticket at 17.00, is there anything i can do to appeal against this ?

so basically im in a hole & the only way out is to pay which i can't so its best to write a pleading letter stating that i was made redundant 8 months ago & the money's not available & see what they suggest ? should i ask for a readable CCA just in case there is a discrepency which is why they reduced the size by 50% so i could not read it or am i fighting a lost cause ?
