Account in dispute with Egg, Apex sent letter with dodgy photocopy from Egg enclosed. Sent them a "sod off" letter and got back a letter without my flat number on it (i live in a block of 22 floors!!!) saying they are disappointed that i have failed to reach a payment agreement

After sending in a dispute letter and stopping my DD months and months ago. I now have a letter from Apex Credit Management stating that they are in control of my debt. Any idea what to do now?:?

After hearing nothing from Egg since June, I received a letter from Apex Credit Management this morning. Although Im surprised it got here as it doesnt have my flat number on it and there are 126 houses in my block! What's the best way of tackling this? I have a pre-2007 agreement.

I thought that, but always good to get a second opinion. Not sure how to progress with it now. Anyone help?

Eventually! brief outline - request sent 13th March, 14 days up around 2nd Apr, 30 days up 12th May. Got two letters today both dated 15th May (franked on the 18th) "Weve received your complaint" this was a reply to my why havent you sent me my CCA that was requested on 13th March! 2nd Letter has "Further to your recent request, I have pleasure in enclosing a copy of your signed Credit Agreement in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and a copy of your terms and conditions" The terms and conditions are what they have pulled off their Z drive and printed onto Egg paper. Help please

Still no news from Egg re CCA although today I got a "our records show that payment has not been made" letter. When I am still paying my token fee by standing order and this has not been changed. grr grr

Got a letter back from Egg today dated 4th April but franking dated 6th April - i sent letter on 13th March - asking for a signature or a document with my name and address on it. Reply being sent today with corrupted signature on it

Hello, I'm not a homeowner and realistically know I have no chance of being able to afford anything in the future. Likelihood of returning to work in the next three years - pretty low to zero in all honesty. I have no savings, no assets at all - no car, no house. Just really what I stand up in.

Lombard was 2005, I've not paid anything or agreed anything with Lombard since 2006 (head was right in the sand!) Hope this helps

I have an Egg CC debt of £3k and a Lombard Direct loan of £16k and after hiding, being ashamed and generally useless about it Im facing facts that im sinking. I have been on incapacity since 2007 (and looks like it for a good while) I have physical and mental health difficulties (which hasnt helped the head in the sand re debt) Anyway! I have sent a CCA to Egg so awaiting that. I have heard nothing from Lombard themselves since 2005 until today when I receive a statement to my previous name, wrong address - right house number, wrong town, wrong postcode (which I have lettered them about before) but postal service bless them know to send it here! My last dealing regarding this debt was in 2006 when i had a letter from Moorcroft (again mis addressed) stating that they were no longer dealing with the above account. I have no copy of any default notices only knowing that there was a problem due to not setting up a new direct debit and receiving letters from Moorcroft. Can anyone shed any light on how this goes on from here?

After appealing I got DLA which expires later on this year. I was thinking about starting to gather my information together and wondered if DWP were obliged to give me a copy of the reports that went to the decision maker last time? Does anyone know if this is the case? thanks

Thanks, the calls come on my mobile so I dont answer unless I know who it is, its just the tone of the "phone by 5pm or else" kinda thing, then the next day i get the if you dont reply in two seconds you will combust letter (well you know what i mean!) I haven't had any more calls since i sent the email and letter so hopefully(!!) they have noted this. Just want them off my back really so I can concentrate on getting better
