    Well the CCA request was signed for on 25th July. I have not recieved anything at all. I believe my defence deadline is 19th August - i have no idea what to do next??

    really? I do hope so......is that the usual case? I am bit worried as my request have gone to Lowells but they saying Fredrickson are dealing with it. Are there any implications as I have not gone to Fredricksons, despite the fact they are all together as mentioned in previous posts?

    Well i asked that last week and i got an email from Lowells saying they have reffered my request to Fredrickson. This is all a mess as i have heard nothing from anyone in 6 years, no letters nothing not even a LBA letter....

    Letter recieved from Bryan Carter today and not from Lowells??? [ATTACH=CONFIG]52566[/ATTACH] I dont have ANY records reference this account!!! Plus i have still not recieved any paperwork form my CPR or CCA request. They recieved this letter on 25th July so I assume they are not going to send me any and today would be the 10th day now. What do i do now?? Please

    Hi guys, sorry for late reply. I have no idea myself. I have however had some information back from Lowells but at the bottom of the email says Fredrickson International???> I have never even received anything from Fredrickson either? So why on the Claim form does it say Lowells but I have to contact Fredrickson?

    the agreement was signed in July 2008 - i have no idea of the exact date though. I thought I had it still in amongst my other personal stuff but sadly i do not. CITIZEN - i am just off to Post Office to send it now

    yep i do - i know it was on there before but on old ones from Jan and feb 2014 i cant see it and i re paid all agency via checkmycredit yesterday to have an updateand nothing is showing at all. Im annoyed as i am debt free now.. .this is the last thing i want. took me all this time to rebuild life etc

    all old addresses showing no idea whos its been with i have no letters statements or even the original agreement. I cant see if i have had a default and if i did when, i cant see an outstanding balance, there nothing for HFC or Lowells. Zero. Happy to send them you

    ok - will do thanks. Seems there are so many variations of forms when you select search - I keep forgetting about the Library doh! So the process from here then, does that mean i still have to go to court? Is there an acknowledgement that it gets delayed? If it does do i need to provided evidence etc etc If so what kind of evidence How likely is it that i wont get a ccj? - massivley important i dont so i can move and be closer to my mum and my kids

    Okay - logged in then i see AOS. This was issued on 17th BC said. Letter from court says 18th July. Have i missed deadline? message says Thank you. You have successfully submitted your Acknowledgment of Service (AOS) form to the court. Acknowledgment of Service Submitted Claim Number xxxxxxx Response type Acknowledgment of Service Claimant name LOWELL PORTFOLIO I LTD RE:LOWELL FINANCIAL LIMITED Defendant name Mr xxxxxxxxx Submission date & time 23/07/2014 22:45:11 If your response was submitted on or before 4:00pm on a day on which the court is open, it will be received and processed on that day. Responses submitted after 4:00pm will be received and processed on the next day that the court is open.

    no ive just logged in and about to start...it says Did you dispute the the claim as you paid for it , yes or no I selected no It then says please state your defence in a maximum of 122 lines... ive stopped and done nothing more now,,,
