  1. Yeah I've actually just found a post with exactly same letter. Cant be helped posting, the letters are pretty scary
  2. Hi all, I think Im on my 4th letter? I received a letter from Graham White solicitors, from a Micheal Sobell. It goes on to say I havent paid a parking fine after being written to from UKPC and Roxburge. It says this is the letter before legal proceedings are issued in the county court. The costs have now rissen as follows: Claim issue fee: £30.00 Solicitors cost for issuing fee: £50.00 Judgement costs: £25.00 Warrent issue fee: £35.00 Solicitors cost for issuing warrent: £2.25 Total: £142.25 Then I am threatend with baliffs at the end. So now I would just like some reassurence to carry this on, well I'll have to ignore now the cost is rising lol Am I near the end? P.s I have ignored and filed every letter I have received. I have made no attempts to contact them by letter or phone.
  3. Hi there, You should read some of the different pages, alot of people have done nothing and ignored the letters resulting in UKPC giving up on them. I am currently on my 2nd letter, I am not entitled to my 50% discount anymore I was due a letter this morning, but nothing has come so I guess I'll be getting one Monday. I know the letters are big red and frightening but stick by it. Even if it does go to court, there are a lot of people to help you through it if it ever gets that far. And from what I've read, UKPC have gave up before its got to that stage
  4. Anyone read this recently? Drivers take revenge on clampers | The Sun |News Owned Come to think of it. The signs in Tesco carpark for UKPC, I finally found them a while back. They were high up on a wall, and really small. I wouldn't of seen them if I hadnt been looking for them.
  5. Thanks guys, I'll keep ignoring I should be due a letter on Saturday if it's weekly I'll keep everyone updated
  6. Hi there, I have been reading this topic as I have been fined by UKPC for parking in a disabled bay over christmas at Tesco's. The bays weren't painted right and was thinking of making an appeal, but I have took the advice on here and said nothing. I could not make an appeal now as Tesco have repainted the bays the right colour! I have now recieved my second letter from UKPC. I havn't opened it yet, as I was wondering whether to right "Not known at address" on the letter and stick it back in the post? Or am I best to keep ignoring and not even read the letters
