I am in the throes of rejecting a car bought from Carcrafty. The tld me it had a "Full service history" and that they'd send it to me when it arrived. I now know it does NOT have a full history but they have now clammed up and do not phone back. They've had the 28 day letter and I intend to take it as far as possible. So, in this case, the principle of sold as seen could not be applicable even as a principle.

Hi, bought a used car about 3/4 weeks ago from Carcraft. Really pleased with the car. Really pleased with service to date. The service book/history was not with the car. The salesman said it had a "full service history with JCT600" and "I wouldn't expect you to buy this car without a service history". He promised to send it to us when it arrived. To date nothing. We phoned Carcraft and they said they would get the salesman to ring us, he didn't. My wife rang the salesman direct, he said he'd chase it up and get back to us................it will be a week on Friday. Where do I stand?
