  1. CSA LIABILITY ORDER I was contacted by the csa and asked to revise my arrears monthly payment, this was adjusted from £25 per month to £50 and confirmed by telephone. One week later I received a letter confirming the above but also adding that a court liability order would be issued. I received the liability order which stated that the outstanding £3321 must be paid by agreement of monthly payments or in full within 2 weeks. I called to discuss monthly payments (again) and was asked to pay £150 per week, impossible! I was then told my second option was to pay the full amount, as I do not have 3k sitting in my account I was told to “borrow it from a family member or get a credit card” I have made regular direct debit payments of £232 per month for my son for 13 years and never missed a payment, these arrears have accrued in the first 2 years when I made payments direct to my ex partner and not through the csa. Because I do not have proof of these payments and my ex will not confirm I have to pay the so called arrears. ANY HELP WOULD BE GRATFULLY APPRICIATED Mike
