Glad you are back home too Caro, and me as a mother of a four year old, have fought this shower for the last 5 years, lost count of the visits to court to fight the eviction orders, had a near total breakdown, over 12 months on sick leave, 2 years ago, currently have 6k of arrears, and could now be facing a drop in my working hours, which will mean a drop in income, and currently waiting to hear if hubby being made redundant or not, meaning a total drop in income, so then the next round of battles with this lot could start all over again....so Jetli, we may not know you personally, but we can sympathise with your current situation, and where we can we will help!!

OK as said got 90,000 running on this. Solicitors are careful as they will be accountable if money goes through wrong hands so suggesting they take responsability if they go through Capstone??? is this ok or what? Seling my home for 17 years so be careful. GE and SPPl put me in this situation remember. Jetli, who are the solicitors communicating with exactly ??? WHERE ARE AL OF YOU? I am selling my home of 17 years and dont know of yet if we can rent? ALL my house is in boxes with nowhere to go. we may be homeless if we cant get rented Tennants agreement pending fo me and my husband 19yr old son 22 year old daughter nad her boyfriend who knows our situation 30 yrs old ALL ON TENNANTS AGREEMENT. So if this does not go through can we live with you? Ive put my guts through this site I wont be left on the streets with ALL my family. Come on all is helpful. Have you all gone? Jetli your not making ant sense!! are you looking to rent privately?

Jetli it seems you are venting your anger and frustrations at the wrong people, as caro says we are not all familiar with your circumstances, the people that assisted you a while ago are not on the thread t the moment, so in the meantime if you can briefly let the people that aare know what specific help and advice you are looking for, then im sure we will try our upmost to help. And yes i know what you are going through at this moment in time.

Margaret Please forgive me if i come across in the wrong way. Can you tell us where you actualy are with Spml? What is the situation you are facing at the moment, are you fighting the **** regarding repossession or do they owe you thousands in charges? because from what i can see from the first post you made on 22nd feb and to what you have actually posted today...nothing seems to be making any sense to your situation, and what you are posting is stuff that we posted way back in the early days of this thread!! please clarify your situation with spml et al.

ever since our fourth appearance in court, fighting a suspended repo...we seemed to have had something that has kept crapstone / spml at arms length ive always had a gut feeling there was something in the court bundle given to the judge and the solicitor acting on spml/capstones behalf!! It was quite boldly printed on the mortgage contract (i use the word contract loosely!) quite boldly printed along spmls logos/ letterheaded paper was another company name, this company i never quite understood where they fitted into the picture, we used a broker, whom used a packager (who have now been merged into a building society down south) but not once was the company whos name is printed on my paperwork, ever mentioned!! Untill today, its all slotting into place quite nicely...just need to do some more detective work...but i will post the following links and let you all digest and offer your own comments. http://www.ise.ie/debt_documents/eurosail_6688.pdf around page 19/20/21 and Brand and deliver article by john prust the then spml sales and marketing director

The practice advised Lehman Brothers in connection with the structuring and execution of its first Eurosail transaction, a £746 billion multi-class bond issue backed by a pool of non-conforming mortgages originated by Southern Pacific Mortgage, a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers. The bonds were issued by Eurosail 2006-1, an Irish-incorporated special- purpose vehicle, under a structure allowing the client to issue future Eurosail transactions with minimum changes to their documentation. The bonds were listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and rated by Moody’s, Fitch and Standard & Poor’s. I received a letter today off capstone, it is stating that our payment on the 1st april will be increasing to £xxx.xx no mention of the libor rate increase infact it does not even state the libor rate at all..(old tricks die hard) in theory there is an overall increase if £1 something... Capstone are kindly informing us that we actually have a credit on our account of £12.xx. If we would like to use this against the april payment of £xxx.xx then we are invited to do so. Bearing in mind that we appeared in court in Feb 09, and have adhered to the payment arrangement agreed with the juge of cmp + £50 per month against the £6k + some arrears (mainly arising from crapstones ficticious charges and underhanded bullcrap) the arrears still stand at £6k + some. Why have they not used it against the arrears? (interestingly this credit has not shown up on any quarterly statements received either).
