  3. Hi All This is linking from my main thread about 1st Credit threatening the forced sale of my home. I have now received the CCA (after 2 months) and wondered if one of the CAG experts could take a look at my CCA and let me know if is enforceable. Any advice you give would be gratefully recieved. 4. Thanks Shadow i have read the thread but cant find any thing that can help. Any idea where i should post this to get an expert to take a look?? Mick
  5. Hi The shadow. It was a personal loan so i suppose i had the right to cancel, would this make a difference to the CCA being enforcable? Also one thing i have noticed on the CCa is that the APR states 8.8 there is no per cent. And are they allowed to put APR as this is an average and not a true represntantion of interest rate for the loan??
  6. Lilly it the first time any one has refer to the AA loan as Halifax so i am a bit lost as to why they have got involved, As far as i was concerenced i took the loan out with AA finance. And i have done some sums and i have paid back the entire capital that i borrowed the figure outstanding is interest on the loan.
  7. I didnt think i took the PPI when i got the loan as i know they are usually not worth the money. The £35 was a charge for the cheque to be issued.
  8. I didnt even realise that I had PPI on the Loan! and i have never claimed against it. I dont know how much of the remaing balance is charges as 1st Credit have not supplied the info requested.

  12. Thanks Cymruambyth for the tip on the ref number. No wonder they know i am getting advice from you fine people when i do stupid things like leaving the numbers on docs. But they have got a cheek havnt they telling people to stop using the forums. It proves what you guys do is paying off and making every second of there misaerable lives hell. Keep up the good work. So anyone got any pointers on what i should be looking to do next Thanks Mick
  13. Hi All Well i got a response to my complaint, But i really do not understand what they are getting at they have used clauses in the CCA that i do not understand. They have made it clear that they do not like us here on the forum and warned me about using them so they must be watching. They mention in the breakdown of account that the aggrement was with the halifax! this is not true the loan was with AA Finance. Do you think it is worth posting the CCA seperatly for an expert to take a look at post the CCA they have sent for the experts to take a look. Can you gu
  14. Thanks Duffers mum What is a set aside hearing? does this make the debt unenforceable?? TA Mick
