  2. Hi DX The debt was about £10800 Hillesden DLC send statements each year. I paid every month £5 but reduced it to £ this month with dispute on reference on transaction They never sent me a CCA Bob

I never paid £10 for anything, I keep getting calls as so many ppl do about ppi claims companies all saying that even if you claim you can still get thousands back so I thought I will do the claim myself,looked online and filled in HSBC questioner and bingo. Now I get that letter from Gary Jones HSBC Bank unsigned by the way with note on bottom INTERNAL Bob
  4. I am and always was paying HSBC monthly 5 a month and just dropped it to £1, after filling in a ppi claim on there website they now worrying me that they want all monies back immediatly. I think I shouldn't have filled the ppi form now
  5. Sorry I saw that name and mcs and that's whom I was paying back in 2008 until they sold it to hillesden Dlc Seems weird that HSBC repurchased the debt

Got A Letter today from HSBC: After filling out a ppi claim they have now sent me a bill Dear Mr Blobbypet Reference HSBC BANK plc Account number xxxxxx xxxxxxxx We informed you by way of letter sent to you in January 2009 that the above account had been sold by HSBC BANK to Hillesden DLC on 13 January 2009. Following receipt of your complaint to the sale of ppi and allow us to investigate the same, We write to inform you that the above account has been repurchased by HSBC Bank plc on 25th january 2013 and that HSBC are now the effective owners of this account. Yje amount outstanding as at date of repurchase is £8700.00. Your account will be managed by Central Debt Recovery Unit on behalf of HSBC Bank plc.   9. Well I just had same letter after not hearing from them in ten months lol Original date 2000 Paying less is likely to take you longer and may cost you more to pay off your debt! Duration of agreement: original term no longer applicable Balance purchased by hillesden : £xx,xxx.xx Interest no longer being charged
  10. Oh that's prob why they sent you that. I am going to drop payments to £10 next month and see what happens
  11. I dropped my payments to 25 quid a month and heard nothing, I was paying 60.00 per month, so still paying something
  12. Hi scott Ive reduced my payments and not heard a thing for 3 months Thinking of cancel payments altogether
