    I have burried my head in the sand for too long! I have accrued 33 Parking Tickets dating back over one year. Origanly £30 each, they are now in the hands of the bayliff who want £12500. That's no type error twelve and a half thousand pounds. What loop holes are there? A friend of mine suggested unjust enrichment. Any others? Thanks Guys.
