  5. hi all, i hope you might be able to help me. i am an i.t contractor. i get paid via an umbrella company who sent me a letter informing me that they are going into liquidation. they have about £3000 of my money. there is no response to email and the phone lines have been cut off. i was talking to a friend and apparently they should hold appoint an administration company to hold a meeting to handle outstanding assets and payments. is this correct? and if so how would i go about finding out this information. the name of the company is 'tract management' many thanks for any help / advice you may be able to offer in advance. kind regards dave

  9. HI All, I have just called the Public Relations helpline (08457 253519), and asked for a copy of my statements for the last 6 years. I understood there would be a charge, but they are telling me it will cost £5 per statement (5 x 12 x 6 = not worth it!!), is this correct? Kind Regards
  10. Dear All, I have only just heard of this, and was wondering if someone could suggest a thread i read detailing exactly how i go about claiming the charges back. Kind Regards Dave
