22/11/05 is defaulted file updated 31/08/08 I beleive this is when Lowell took on the debt.

I have just recieved my credit report from experian. on this it states that a company called, Lowell portfolio ltd have placed me on the bad debt registar. I have never heard of this company, & they have used my address from 5 years ago. the debt is for £13 & after a lot of searching i found there telephone no. They claim that they brought the debt from Hutchison 3g in july this year. I have never had a letter from 3G either. As i have moved 5 years ago & they have never written to me to give me the chance to pay the so called outstanding debt, do they have the right to black list me legally. Ta
