Although Eon have lowered p/kwh ,unit rates, they have scrapped the Annual Threshold of 2680 kwh in which customers saw unit rates once this was achieved fall from 8.436p/kwh to 3.67p/kwh inc vat. Under the revised E.on EnergyPlan with prepayment the old 8.436p/kwh is replaced with a sole unit rate of 4.256p/kwh inc vat. However, there is now a daily standing charge of 27.395p per day !

Vanquis of course is part of Provident Financial services, the doorstep loan firm recently featured in TV docs for its aggressive dealings with vulnerable people. There is no shortage of Vanquis stories on The CAG or indeed on the internet itself about Vanquis, and also Argos suspicions about passing details about customers previously to Vanquis. Do NOT be tempted by offers of vouchers !

CPP or CITI/OPUS fee reclaim???
MARTIN3030 replied to JohnnyPacket's topic in Payment Protection Insurance (PPI)

I did not return the FOS Q &A form since as far as I know, there is no obligation to have to do this. From memory,at the time of the Associate -
Amazing-you learn something every day,I didnt know this either.

There is nothing in the ICO DPA guidance or the Act itself which says an application has to be signed. These are stalling tacs. There are other ways in which the Banks can be satisfied as to your identity.
