Im at stage 5, and it took a few weeks for this letter to come. I recieved it today but the letter was dated 13th March. It does not take the post office 7 days to post a letter.. As far as i am concerned they can go and screw themselves and visit someone in africa, money [causing problems] scumbags....

TBH, i person like that can be prosecuted and be done for threatening with guns. What you did was totally wrong even tho he gave u a ticket. U shud have just ignored it. I would have ripped it up in his face and threw it at him. Now, i have sorted my dad out and he sez that he aint gona get involved and is leaving it to me. The problem i have is that they will contact my home phone while im at uni, and i want to be the one to sort them out. Shall i tell them to contact me by mobile because i think one of my family members could screw it up.

Yesterday i recieved a letter from Rossendale Collectors and they are requesting £115.00 by the 20th. I recieved the letter on the 20th but it was dated 16th which is a bit strange. It doesnt take the royal mail 4 days to post a letter. One of there stupid scams. I rang the number to state my case and the woman says i was arguing with her and she didnt even give me a warning and she cut off. That is totally unproffesional because within a call centre 3 warnings have to be given before you can cut a customer off and they have to be abusive. I know this because i work in a call centre.. One other thing, they cant give me a CCJ or ruin my credit history unless they take me to court and i lose, am i correct??

I have recieved several letters from these b******* now and its making my blood boil and my dad is getting on my nerves to pay it. They say that i have to pay by 20th Feb otherwise the debt collection agency will get involved. TBH, i dont give a f*** if they called the army lol... but this is getting out of hand, i feel like knocking the crap out of this company. I have asked to speak to their appeals manager and asked for a contact number, do you think they will give me it???

Hi, i find this forum pretty helpful, thanks to evryone. Now to the point. I recieved a parking notice for parking in a hatched bay on the 3rd of January at my local shopping mall. Today i recieved a charge certificate for £35 but i aint gonna pay anyway. The thing that puzzles me is that there was other cars opposite me that were parked on double yellow lines without disabled badges and none of them recieved tickets. That f***** never done his job properly in the first place. I took photos of all the cars to defend my case I rang the customer services number on the ticket which was 0870 174 0074 (for anyone that wants it) on the same day i recievd it and i really got ****ed off with her. I told her about the situation and she said appeal then and she hung up on me while i was arguing. You are not allowed to hang up in call centres because i work for Setanta and thats the same **** so in other words this woman couldn't take it. So, im asking should i write an appeal letter with the photo evidence?? Someone help me out please
