  1. I too have had a the same thing and i've been told its just empty threats and they won't go through with it as they wont win
  2. Hi We've now recieved a letter from Graham White solicitors threatening to commence court action, am i still to just ignore the letter?
  3. Hi My partner recieved a PCN from Vehicle Control Services in Newcastle last November, the ticket was only 10 mins out of date. I took some advice from this site and we ignored it, we had two reminders and then heard no more. I did try and contact the company but couldnt get a number. Last week we recieved a debt collectors notice asking for £160. It states thats of we dont pay within 7 days they will pass the matter onto a solicitor who will review the case for potential legal action. Should we call them up and tell them we still wont pay? The collection agency is called Roxburghe. Thanks Unhappy
  4. it was a car loadig in shopping from the supermarket, on a bank holiday when all but one shop was closed
  5. My partber parked in a loading bay outside a supermarket on Good Friday, the vehiles was observed for two minutes and then given a ticket because it wasnt a good vehicle, we feel this is unreasonable, any advice?

  8. Lamma I was speaking to you last week about my private car park problems, i cant find the thread i started, the private car park is in Newcastle and owned by a company called Vehicle Control Services LTD and they are based in Sheffield, we have had another final demand for £120
  9. i'm not sure of the name, i'll have to check the ticket when i get home. we tried to contact them but the only number on the correspondance was an automated line and when i tried directory enquiries they arnt listed. Apparently they will only take an appeal within 7 days so we missed that.
  10. my partner recently parked in a private car park, he was 15 minutes past his ticket and was given a £80 parking fine, with 7 days to pay it. As he went away that day admittidaly he forgot. He then recieved a letter demanding he pay £120 within 7 days, can anyone advise me what he should do? I've read through some of the threads on here and got some very helpful information. Do you think we should fight this?
