hi to all who read, right was claiming £272.04 from abbey they offerd £270.which i accetped but worte to them to say i would persue for full amount,i now want to go to court,but what i dont understand is working the 8% intrest tryed the spreadsheets but doing something worng.also would i clam the intrest on £272.04 or £2.04 many thanks

hi every one, new to here but what a releaf i have a current acc with the abbey 4 18 mounths now i dont have a overdraft no loans,but have been charged, every mounth. £2.67 £3.33 3.67 and want to charge me £140 is this right i dont think so,i have all my bank statments which show there charges,what r my 1st steps to cliam my money back,,,ps my totail charges r £670 many thanks
