Any reasons I can give to convince him just more time in order I can find a property to rent near the kids school. I have started a new role and I work 35 hours a day and used all my holidays and it will not be a good time to be off.

I do have a copy. I offered them 900 a month 100 more when Nationwide offered me a holiday. However, they refused they needed thier arrears to be paid in a year. I then sent another letter explaining that mortgage is back and what I can afford. They did not add 1400 i paid in November on thier statement which I paid most of my salary to them. From 2005/2007 despite he left in 2006 never missed a payment and in total they received 28000 in total. They are offering 4.5 % rate on thier new loans why they can just decrease the rate from 11.9 to 7%. I think I put this in the court form.
