Hello I have been receiving bills from this company but i am never able to get anyone to answer the phones. i am unable to pay via internet because the website they provided does not exist. I cant pay by posting a cheque because they will never recieve it before Christmas and i will be charged £20. On phoning the computerized voice asked for my card details and now they are going to charge me another late fee. What should i do? Rachel
