  1. I think first of all before you even consider sueing you need to do some very extensive research about the different situations you became a part of. Find out what the complications meant for both you and your baby. Find out what should have been done and what medical documents say about what they DID do. Get together a folder with EVERYTHING in. Also you need to write a formal letter of complaint to the hospital and you need to word it so that you are asking for an investigation and explination of how you were treated. Sorry if this has already been said, I haven't read all the posts so I do apologise. I didn't want to pass by and not reply, it does sound very traumatic what you wen't through. I hope with time you can find peace.
  2. DVLA have passed my OH's debt onto debt collectors because a vehicle that was declaired sorn for 3 years didn't have the sorn 'updated' as the vehicle was left at his old place of work and they have done what they want with it (Broke, sold it etc?) The thing is we don't know how dodgy this is, first of all he recieved a letter from a fake holding company who claimed they were holding the vehicle on behalf of staffordshire police because he hadn't paid a DVLA fine. So he went to the police and they said they have no record of it what so ever and to ignore it and if they pester then report it. Ok so now, dvla send us an updated fine for not paying a fine? which we had never recieved. now its gone to midlas legal services who are threatening court action. Anyone know what we can do?
