My 5 year fixed rate ended in October. I've not received any correspondence from HSBC telling me what rate I'm on now. I assumed I'd go on to the standard variable rate but my mortgage payment for 1 December is not what the BBC mortgage calculator says it should be. Is there anything on their internet banking service which would tell me what rate I'm on? Or any other way of finding out other than phoning them? Thanks
