  1. That was my understanding also, but I wanted to check as there are still ongoing issues. Thanks for coming back to me.
  2. Hi All, It's been a while since I've posted anything and I need some advice regarding my dilemma. I am wondering if I have any chance of bringing a lawsuit against the NHS for complications incurred when I gave birth to my daughter 11years ago (Long time I know!!) Basically, when I was in labour I was administered with an epidural which was given to me in my spinal nerves which have left me with nerve damage on the front right leg- I literally cannot feel anything, I also have severe scars on my leg as a result of Legions(?) that came up on my leg, I have been left with unsightly scars which mean I cannot wear Skirts and I there are more conditions coming up onmy leg which I cannot feel, but I can see, this is having a knock on effect on my confidence. Please can you let me know if I still have a case? Thanks All Bizzi x
  3. Understood, I don't intend to let them get away with it...
  4. Thanks Martin, Wasn't sure where best to place this... Appreciate it.
  5. Thanks for coming back so quickly Surprise.. Really appreciate it. I will write to them again, they really are unbelievable in terms of the time taken to send what information they have!! And what they have sent I could have got from the IVA company... They really have nothing according to them?... I will let you know how I get on.. Thanks again B x
  6. Hi All, I am back after the longest 40days in history!!...;-) Low and behold I have only just received details from my subject access request in the last couple of weeks after having to go through the Information Commissioners Office!!... It's only taken nearly a year!!... and all they have sent me is statements of payments made through my IVA.. but I have some major discrepancies that I need help answering.. First Issue *I have Citi in my IVA- I don't believe I owe money on this debt, their 'initial balance' -they state there was a debt of approx £6,000- but when loan was drafted to the court the amount came in at £1900?? Second Issue *Within the information sent, a letter from Citi explaining they had NO information on the account I was requesting access for (the ONLY account I had!!) a bit of a concern!?!? Third Issue *Is it worth writing to them again to try and get more information?... How do I make further complaint regarding no information in SAR? Should I pass to the Ombudsman now? Fourth Issue *Can I get this account removed from my IVA and the balance reduced? Would this deem my IVA invalid? Would really appreciate some advice please? Thanks you! Bizzi xx
  7. Wow?.... So can noone help with my query?....
  8. I am your 264th signature.. and a worthy petition it is!! Let's make that change!! xx
  9. Hi Sturm, I've got similar things to you on my file just waiting to get some response to my question regarding this.
  10. Hi All, I need to ask for some advice?... I recently printed off my credit file from Experian and I just want to check some of the information in there. More so to do with the fact I am in an IVA, the amounts on my credit file and the amounts on my IVA creditor list do not match for example Natwest have me listed as owing £10,600 on my credit file, but when the IVA was drafted they have my amount as £10,900!?! Another puzzling thing is Capital one & Citifinancial have my current balance as 'Settled'?... Yet they are in the IVA? I need to understand how accurate this information is supposed to be? Then I can challenge the balances in my IVA. Thanks Bizzi
  11. This letter is fantastic! I can't wait to see their response? B xx
  12. I know this may be a bit out of the norm.. but if you go onto moneysavingexpert.com, there is actually an ex-natweststaffmember on there who may be able to help. You'll get a response quite quickly too.
  13. Fantastic!!.. Well there's still a good £3,000 worth of charges since that claim. Thank you for the clarification.
  14. Hi All, Please can someone tell me, if I previously accepted an offer in F & F settlement, does this now mean I cannot reclaim any further excessive charges applied to my account? If someone could let me know, it would be great. Thanks in advance x
