Ex cancelling csa claim against my wishes? Can I appeal?
jdes26 replied to Klj0408's topic in CSA Issues
No....... SHE and she only chooses ! You have nothing to worry about pay what the CSA say u need to pay directly to her! You've done nothing wrong She's fighting a battle that she can NEVER win -
Wits End - Not exactly CSA - but should they be involved ? Help!

Let's get a few things in order 1. The CSA will only get involved if your ex gets greedy but right now your giving her what she wants- see her squeal when she doesn't!!!!! 2. Your paying too much this must stop now!!!!!! 3. CSA will take 20% of any earnings if your paye they will take- yes take and u will have no choice to stop this even if your on the streets they don't care 4. Next job self employed or ltd company for u sir then YOU have control This is a MUST 5. Try keep things amicable prob not possible- but you can try She's getting everything her own way she's as happy as can be Remember this the CSA are evil men haters!!!!!!- 6 replies

If your not working and u have no income the CSA will assess you at zero....... You have been off work for three years but u still pay £2.5 k??? How are YOU surviving ? Where are you living? I would pay your share of the mortgage and offer a payment for maintenance! You are paying too much simple as that ! Personally I would pay for now your share of mortgage- and if you have zero income no more- I take it you have savings! Communicate with your ex and tell her she needs to work and start working through these finance issues together!!!!- 6 replies

How about if there not working? Or they can't afford to provide a roof over there head and pay child support? it is always best if a private agreement can be mate
-
A private arrange might be a better solution then his out goings can be taken into consideration As maybe he doesn't earn enough to support his children and pays his bills. The csa doesn't take this into consideration true....... But as a NRP myself this does bring resentment especially when things are tough and work is slow
-
If he can't afford to pay what is he suppose to do? Become homeless or starve?
-
They have to give you 30days notice But you know what banks are like Greedy greedy people

Hi NP May I ask u a question...... My overdraft is now mazes £4k I can be assed tonpay the £80 on service charge plus interest anymore My OD is £4k Charges on account 2003 to present £3000 Interest £4000 I have had enough I have asked for repayment plan but they ignored When will they close account???
-
Ok Cc value before PPI £5200 then claimed £900 Which took the debt to £4300 I didn't pay for 6months and they sent to dca but they don't own debt as NOA andvinasked for true CCA as they changed card details and added ppi with out my knowledge And I asked for the new CCA with ppi details that I supposedly signed for and got a letter back saying they didn't have Soni thought goodbye Lloyds My other cc mbna they sent to link financial Which I owed £2000 is nearly SB and I claimed ppi on that to £1850 and they paid by cheque ( unlucky stink financial) They sent a NOA and calling cards but the CCA was 2004 and unforceable and all I get is a yearly statement saying I owe them I just ignore
-
Yes I claimed PPI on my lloyds cc and havent paid it I tried to arrange payment plan and they just ignored me

Self employed, lying about income to reduce CSA payments
jdes26 replied to Chipper10's topic in CSA Issues
Csa is never the way....... A private arrangement is so much better What made you decide to use the csa? I only ask because I had a private agreement with my ex fr five years and when I was out of work for 12,weeks she decided to go to csa Big mistake as I am now self employed!!! It's a tough world -
