Hello my dad was became unwell about 5 years ago and has been unable to work fulltime since. He has been making smaller payments to MBNA (through Link Financial) and Alliance and Leicecester (through global debt management) since. Raising the payments over time as his finances improved. There hasn't been any problem but recently these letters turned up and my dad has started to panic can anyone tell me what these creditors are upto or give any advice to help out my dad who is getting quite stessed.
