  1. Hi, I am new to these boards,so please be kind (LOL).My husband ordered a setee with Brighthouse 3 weeks ago started paying for it straight away,anyway the delivery was supposed to be today we rang to confirm this was still ok yesterday (monday) and yep it was all ok untill we get a phonecall at 8am this morning!!!!!!! AAAHHH!!! They told us that they couldn't deliver our setee today,no explanantion just that they couldn't deliver it untill thursday this week,my other half went mad as i have had to book a day off work today especially to wait for the setee,and thursday we are all in work,basically my hubby told them it wasn't good enough and they said they would get back to him to find out if they could deliver today.As you can imagine we are still waiting for that phone call from brighthouse,phoned them 3 times and all they keep saying is we have heard nothing yet (just reminds me of little britain "(the computer says no)"! we are new to britehouse we had a tv off them 2 months ago and everything was delivered as normal no probs.Can anyone please give me some advice on what to do next,i feel like i'm banging my head against a brick wall with them.:-x many thanks xxx
