In need of help Rceived court papers and Restons are acting on behalf of MBNA. Have requesed a CCA from MBNA back in October last year and still no rec. I verbally asked Restons for it and they sent me basically an SAR with all my staements from the first initial one and Terms and Conditions. On the letter it stated "The leagl agreement has not as yet arrived however our client has informed us that this has been ordered and we will of course forawrd this on under seperate cover in due course". I spoke with a J Rimmer at Restons stating that I still have not recieved a CCA and was told that a CCA is not applicable in my case as it was an Internet Application. Is this true? HELP
