Hello everyone, just wonder how i could get a complaints form for these people: Phoenix Recoveries (UK) sarl, or how to complain, as i been receiving letters from them for the past few months in someone elses name, i've received at least 10 from them, i haven't been opening the letters, just returning them stating that the person was not known at this address, but they keep sending them, the person in question must have lived here quite a few yrs ago as i'm here 2 and a half years now. any help would be great.
