Unfortunately the call was made from his place of work and therefore we cannot get proof.

Hi. My husband got a duet card from Brantano in September and a free trial of their insurance. Before the 30 days were up he phoned and cancelled the policy as we didn't need or want it. On Friday he recieved a bill owing £69.99. He telephoned them and was told that they had no record of his cancellation and that we would have to prove his phone call or pay the bill, otherwise he would have a late payment fee added. Has this happened to anyone else and what should we do? We know it was cancelled but can't prove the call was made.
