  1. hi, recieved a letter today offering me £760 out of £841 i was asking for. i have decided to accept this offer. i no i should proceed all the way but due to circumstances at the moment i need the money. There reason for offering me was as follows " Hsbc is however.mindful of the management time and irrecoverable legal costs that it may incur in realtion to such a claim. For those commercial reasons alone, and without any admission to liability whatsoever, HSBC is prepared to make a payment to you in the sum of £760 representing the charges applied in full and final settlement to this matter." i woud like to thank everyone on this site and the site team its self, it just makes you angry that the banks no they do wrong and still carry on with this illegal charges. i will continue spreading the word on this site. thanks again and i will make a donation shortly.
