  1. Urgent Help required !! My husband registered with the CCCS back in July however is still waiting for his debt management programme to be agreed. A couple of his creditors have confirmed their agreement to the proposed plan however my husband still hasn't actually received anything from the CCCS as to who has and who hasn't agreed and how much is going to be paid to each creditor. In the meantime NOrthen Rock issued a CCJ which he faxed to the CCCS and they said they would deal with it - despite chasing them up he still hasn't heard what has happened about this and today we received notice from the land registry that Northern Rock have applied for an interim charging order on our house! Obviously with it now being the weekend we can't speak to anyone at CCCS and have no idea what to do. Should we continue to have CCCS deal with this or try to do it ourselves? From reading other threads I believe we have a few options 1)ask the court to attach a condition that if that if the order is given they cannot order the sale as long as the debt is paid 2) request the courts makes an installment order 3) request a time order. Is there anything we can do to prevent them from forcing the sale of the house? Many thanks
