Even if it wasn't a camera photo they still need to serve that Notice of Intended Prosecution within 14 days of the offence.

Thanks for quick replies. It really is farcical. Just how many people are they ripping off? I am thinking of putting 'flyers' out at my station alone to see what others have experienced. Would this help? Roxborough were quick in rejecting any appeal I had. The bloke said his Dad was a DS in the Met (How scary!!!) and that the Judge would rule in his clients favour. When I made a mention of getting a Parking Notice when NCP had already taken funds from my account he quietened a little before saying 'give me the number and I will cancel it' I told him it was coming to Court along with the other two. He was then really helpful, NOT, saying what I should do is 'settle the debt and then take NCP to Court!!!!' Doh some people eh?

Hi to All, This is my first post and i shall try to keep it brief. I have read some of the previous posts regarding NCP tickets at Railway Stations. Well alas I am in the processes described elsewhere in other posts and have just received Notice of Intended Legal Action. The Solicitors, yes Graham White, left a message on my Home Answerphone requesting my wife rang them urgently. This has absolutely nothing to do with her. Anyway I rang them this morning. Conversation was very brief when the female said 'How will you be settling?' I replied politely 'I am not paying, this matter will be contested, what should i do now?' They then hung up!!!! I suspect a huge [problem] going on here. What i would like to ask is 1) Will I get the day in Court I am requesting or 2) How long can I expect this harrassment to continue. Any information would be gratefully recieved. Many Thanks
