It says that the pre action disclosure will take place on the 11 of may 2009 and i should attend and 3 mins will be allowed. please can someone advise as to what the pre action disclosure is and what do i need to do. thanks

thanks for your reply. im i correct in thinking that if it clearly states its an application form, it cant be enforced ? also on the left , which does look like its been copy and pasted are they the correct prescribed terms?

hi i hope someone can help i requested my cca from natwest and they have replied that they would if i sign the cca request letter and send it back to them. of course i am uneasy about giving my signature to natwest. what can i do to get my cca off natwest without signing anything. thanks for all your help.
