I have recently discovered that the sale of my leasehold flat had fallen through. The sale has been delayed for 6 months due to extreme delays by my property manager in providing the buyers solicitors with necessary information. The property manager has also provided inaccurate information on more than one occasion indicating that I am in arrears with my service charges.
On numerous occasions, myself, my solicitors and the buyers solicitors have attempted to contact the property manager to keep the sale on track, but they have been so terrible to deal with that the buyer has now with
