  1. I asked the buyers solicitors what they thought, since they were dealing with them the most and appreciate how difficult they have been. The solicitors cannot give me an opinion whether there is a case to answer - but will consider it for £200 per hour. I don't want to waste a few hundred pounds for them to tell me I don't have a case....! Maybe I just need to go to the CAB and speak to their solicitors to see what they think for free.
  2. Hello I have recently discovered that the sale of my leasehold flat had fallen through. The sale has been delayed for 6 months due to extreme delays by my property manager in providing the buyers solicitors with necessary information. The property manager has also provided inaccurate information on more than one occasion indicating that I am in arrears with my service charges.
