Hi, I'm new to this and as you can see by the time 2am this problem is keeping me awake. My boyfriend received a letter today saying he owes £31,000 pounds to capstone for a mortgage he does not have. The Police did invetsigate a fraud 2 years ago and took my boyfriends signature and writing to prove he did not have a mortgage with capstone. the fraudster to our knowledge has been to court and was charged in April this year. Someone obviously didn't tell Capstone. I have contacted the debt collectors who said the house was sold and this is now the negative equity. What should I do now .... a sleepless girlfriend:???:
