  1. where are the templates on here? I cant get in!!!
  2. What do I about this then? Back in January 2005 I bought a bathroom suite at Focus DIY. I bought it on a buy now pay in six months payment plan. Focus were acting as agents for Clydesdale Finance. The bathroom suite did not arrive and when it finally did I refused it and asked the store, in writing, to cancel the agreement, which they said they would. THree years on and three weeks ago I got a statutory demand from a company called CapQuest. Not to start on about the rudeness of their staff they told me eventually it was with Focus and were going to make me bankrupt if I didnt pay. I go back to Focus who helpfully changed finance company providers and so threw all of the copies of agreements out and ask for a cancellation notice to be sent. Obviously they cant do that. Focus solicitor tells them it is now my responsibility to sort out. Clydesdale and CapQuest say they cant act without a cancellation notice from their 'agent'. The manager says he can get a letter from the supplier confirming the bathroom was suite was never delivered which maybe helpful for them in prooving they have had money they shouldnt have done, but not for me when I need a cancellation notice. On Friday CapQuest will make me bankrupt. Without this illusive piece of paper they will not suspend any action and neither they or Clydesdale will speak to Focus as it is not their responsibility to 'chase every agreement to see if it is still in action or not. It is down to the agent to let them know." I have sent a letter to the court to explain as much but am concious my credit history is now going to be shot to pieces and no one is giving anything up. WHat do I do?
