Hi Just asfter a bit of advice on two things really i have just checked my call credit report and found two errors. the first one is a search that shows as follows Search Organisation:Paragon Scheme Management Services Ltd (CR,CT,ML) Search Unit Type:FFC Paragon CR6 Name:Mr Ronaldo M....... Date of Birth:30/12/19** Address:Chertsey KT16 Search Date:12/04/2011 Search Purpose:Tenant Vet now this is not my name or address or date of birth. on all my other searches it says my name address and my date of birth. is this a error and if it is how on earth has a search with someone elses name address and date of birth shown on my credit report under searches. my second question is i have a account on my credit record which shows as settled but on the bit at the bottom where it shows last 12 months history it still shows as default is this right or should it show as settled and if so how do i amend it. thanks for any help in advance

hi i broke my leg in 2008 not 2009 sorry and i broke it outside of work playing football. 2 years before i joined the employer i am with now. What i mean by progressively worse is that the knee is giving way more often causing me to fall and the pain around the knee is too bad i cannot walk on it i have to use crutches to move about

I broke my leg badly in 2009 and ever since the knee has got progressivly worse to the stage now where it gives way and my job involves heavy lifting of items like rolls of lead etc and standing all day. and i cannot put pressure on the knee as it gives me a lot of pain

Hi I am currently signed off work due to my knee keep giving way. I have a problem with my employer and dont really know where i stand with it. i have been off work now for nearly 5 weeks while i wait to see a specalist. The problem i have is my employer called up the other day giving me the we are really over streched speech and how i am only earning ssp (which i knew anyway) my manager then put me on the spot and said will i come back into work and as i didnt know where i stand with the issue i told them i would let them know on monday. i am currently signed off for another week as i have a specialist appointment next week. I am at my wits end with work now as they keep calling me and complain as i have not called them with updates etc even though i have nothing to update them on until i see the speciallist. It just makes me hate the job more than i already do, i have been applying for new jobs but waiting to hear back but i really need to know where i stand regarding having to go back to work even though i have been signed off by the doctors and would i get punished when i do have to go back to work. Also i was told they want access to my medical records which i am not happy about as it is my personal business and nothing to do with them. do i have to give them access to my medical record. Sorry if that lot does not make sense but i dont really know how to write stuff when im stressing lol I would appreciate any help and advice as i really dont know where i stand Thanks

Hi Im looking for some advice today i had a debt collector come to my house claiming i had a debt with Three. I have never had a contract or anything from Three. After i i got rid of the debt collector i called three who asked for my name and said they had found me then went onto ask for postcode and date of birth i gave them my postcode and date of birth. and i was then told my date of birth did not match and the postcode does not match my name. the postcode they had was a postcode in peterbourgh. im really confused to what to do and cant work out how they have got my address as i have never had any correspondance from three or debt collectors before today. All Three said was there is nothing they can do as no account is shown on there system any help would be much appreciated thanks

Hi I am currently signed off work by the doctor due to my knee giving way and being told i need to keep off it until the orphopedics have looked at it. I was originally signed off for a week and today been signed off for another two weeks. My problem is my oh took the original fit not into work on the saturday due to seeing the doc after half five and work being closed. come monday morning i got a phone call wanting to know if i would go into work in which i declined as i was told by the doctor not too. so today my oh has taken in the fit note into my employer for the two weeks and she was greeted by oh another two weeks off i have a bad back but i still go into work etc which made my oh feel terrible being spoken to like rubbish any how i am now really concerned of losing my job and the wrath of when i go back to work i really feel like i dont wanna go back now when it comes to it as i know what they are like at the best of times. My main questions are Can they sack me for being signed off too long? and does anyone know if they can really give me a telling off or warning when i go back in? I have worked where i work for just under a year but i have been with the group of companies for 5 years any help would be much appeciated

Hi i have a outstanding loan with welcome finance which i owe about £3000 however i have not paid any thing for about a year and had no contact from them at all. What is the deal with welcome finance??? Have they gone bust??? What do i do i dont want to pay if i dont need too. I have a outstanding court case with these in my local court and i got a letter last week saying unless tower capital pay the fee by the 20th of this month it will be removed from the list whatever that means

£10 for a letter is alot. I would like to know how you can say that £10 for a letter is not much. £10 pound for a generic letter that takes two minutes to print and put a stamp on is alot and any court would agree as they could not justify to a court the breakdown of the cost of that letter. I would send them a request for a breakdown of the balance then you can see exactly what charges have been added and for what reason. I'm sure that someone will be along shortly with a bit more knowledge

i would put a bit of money away a week or month and save it til you have the £150 and wait for 1month to pass it to clarity as they will accept a payment of the original loan if you challenge the charges with them it worked for me

you may well of got lucky mine is still in court gotta send off my allocation questionnaire this week so hopefully see what happens

Hi sorry for the delay in a update but i have been away and just got back to find that the judge has decided that the small claims track is the best route to go and that there will a telephone hearing with a mediator and i am waiting to hear when this will be. i am petrified i dont know what to say or anything and are these ppl going to bully me. i still cant beleive that i told the court i have had no response to my cca and cpr request but he is still not looking to that any advice is most appreciated

I am currently in court with these jokers and the judge has decided that the best action is the small claims track i am just waiting to find out what date i have got my phone hearing im petrified dunno what im going to say or anything lol

I do know though that if you assign the debt to your collection partner you HAVE to send me a letter of assignment or is it the case you have no such department and you just charge the amount of 47 pounds for passing it to the invisible collection partner. Also please can you give me the address to write to so i can request a statement of all charges from yourselves please Thanks
