  1. Thanks for the confirmation. I am going to be paid for outstanding holidays although they have deducted 1 or 2 because I have gone over the 5 sick days that they guarantee paying full pay for. Also, I have had issues in the past with how they calculate a days pay, i.e. for bonuses. Is there anywhere I could send my final payslip to to have it checked as being correct? They're not a company that fills one with much confidence when it comes to pay

Thank you. the wording of my resignation was; "As required by my contract of employment, I hereby give you one month's notice, minus my outstanding holiday, of my intention to leave my position as Systems Development Engineer" So I guess that means if I want my full months pay I will have to work it, and that if I take the offer of finishing early I am accepting that I will be paid less?
  3. Hi I have resigned from my current job and my contract says I must give one months notice. Company has said I can leave as soon as my current workload is finished and I have handed over the various things I have been responsible for. Boss has said they will pay me until the last day I work. I had it in my head they still had to pay me for the full month. Have I got this right? Thanks in advance
