    Debt

i recently got married and have managed to accumulate a 7k debt on my mbna card and 1.3k debt on a nationwide credit card. the interest rate on the card is 2.2% a month, and i have defaulted payment on each card once. do you think i have any chance of agreeing a settlement figure with the card companies?
  3. thanks i will try that next im getting married in 6 weeks and now the fridge isnt working im gona get white hair arggghh!!!!
  4. they say in their terms and conditions it says any problems need to be taken up with dlr i spent 2 hours today they wont budge. i argued that on my credit card sainsburys took the money gave me invoice and my contract is with them no joy.
  5. i spoke to sainsbury they say in their terms and conditions they say it is operated by DRL this is really frustrating, as if i wanted to buy from some joey company i would, i went to sainsburys in good faith and feel i have been ripped off
  6. Here is a difficult one, i bought a fridge/freezer 2 years ago on the 14 aug 2008. it has stopped working, and i ould like sainsburys to fix it under the sale of good act 1979 as i paid over £800 for it and it is reasonable to expect it to last for more than 2 years. however service was operated for sainsbury's by drl limited, i keep getting passed to either company to deal with this who shall i pursue this with? and is it reasonable to expect a 800 quid fridge frezzer to last more than 2 years? under the sale of good act. It was a whirlpool fridge freezer side by side

  9. i wasnt driving my dad had the car, so im not sure where it is exactly
  10. its doesnt actually say where exactly just says golders green no left turn
  11. also they were not familiar with the area so was unaware if there were any other suitable places for turning
  12. dear all need some advice i got a pcn for no left turn i wasnt even driving my dad was, however he took the turn as my disabled brother was not feeling well and had to tend to him. there was a lot of traffic ahead hence the turn. do you think it is worth appealing or better if i just pay it?
