  1. The contact us webform is undergoing maintenance....hopefully they will pick it up through twitter. I will keep trying though.
  2. This is a long story..... On Wednesday 2nd December at approximately 19.15 I upgraded one of our moniles. At 19.45 I received an text message confirming this and it stated the delivery would be made to our old address. So, I called you and spoke to someone who said she would change the address on the delivery. You did have my new address but had failed to delete my old one! The woman I spoke to put me on hold - after 20 minutes someone else came on the line and had no idea what I was on about. So I went through it again. He couldn't do anything and advised me to call back Thursday morning. By the end of the call I had spent over 2 hours on the phone (including waiting times). Thursday morning at 8am I called and spoke to someone. First he contacted the warehouse and found the phone was still there. However, the people at the warehouse, for some unfathomable reason, would not change the address on the parcel. Nor would they stop it from being despatched. Very strange. So, the person I was speaking to said he would send a redirection form to DPD with the correct address. After about an hour on the phone, he assured me this had been done. That evening I received a text message telling me that the phone was now with DPD and gave me the tracking details. So I tracked the parcel. Well, wouldn't you know, but it was set to be delivered to my OLD address still. So I called Vodafone again, spent yet another hour and a half on the phone, and got absolutely no where. Friday morning I checked the DPD website again. It still had my old address. So I called Vodafone yet again. After explaining the situation for the umpteenth time, the person I spoke to called DPD whilst I was on hold and sent them an email to confirm the address change. I was assured all would be ok. This took nearly another hour. At 9.43am I received a text message telling me the phone would be delivered between 14.43 and 15.43 to my OLD address. Again! This time I called DPD who assured me they had received absolutely nothing from Vodafone. He was not allowed to contact the driver to stop him delivering the phone and the only thing he could do was delay the delivery by a week! So, I found myself on the phone to Vodafone again. After a 20 minute wait I spoke to someone (it was around 10.15). She sent another redirection form to DPD. She then called DPD to check they had received it. I was on hold the whole time and after 30 minutes, she kindly HUNG UP on me. So I called back, spent another 15 minutes waiting before the call was answered. This time, the person spoke to DPD and actually got back to me. They hadn't received the information but I was told the address would be changed and I would receive the phone on Monday 7th December. All told, including waiting times, I spent around 6 hours trying to sort this out. I am not happy at all, to say the least. I sent the above by email on Friday 4th December. When I got a reply it said to chat to someone on live chat about it. This was Saturday evening at approximately 18.15. So I did. After 30 minutes of chatting and me explaining that all these calls would cost me £42 in charges (I had to use a landline as my mobile does not work, hence the early upgrade) I was told that, as a goodwill gesture, Vodafone would credit my account with £50. Sorted. Or so I thought. This morning my new bill was produced and the £50 credit isn't showing. I did yet another live chat and was told there was a delay but that the credit wouldn't appear until next months bill (conveniently). but a priority had been placed on it to ensure it was done within 24 hours. I double checked the bill about 10am and noticed a couple of discrepancies and charges on there (namely being charged £16.50 for 0.3 gb of data usage). i was told tough, basically. What had happened was that my partner got a text to say he was near his allowance and to text back to get an additional 2GB of data for £10, which he did. He was also charged £6.50 for going over his 1GB of allowance. A few days ago he called Vodafone and double checked that this extra 2GB of data isn't an extra for every month and he was told he could cancel it from the 8th December (his billing date). So he did. Except Vodafone cancelled it from that day! Anyway, I got no where with that on the phone so i now have to pay £16.50 for 0.3 GB of data which is unfair. I also asked about the £50 credit, to which I was told I would not be getting. This is despite being told by 2 people, on live chat, that I would. To say I angry right now is an understatement. And I still haven't received the new phone. Apparently I should get that tomorrow.
  3. Yeah..we have to pay the full amount. We don't have £155 sitting around unfortunately. Will take months to save that. Hey ho.
  4. Never mind...been to the court and got the form. Just don't know how we'll pay the court fee - but hey-ho.
  5. Just after a little help. My partner has just received a letter from the county court about an attachment of earnings hearing. It is Lowells that have instigated this. The issue I have is that we have no knowledge of any CCJ being issued. The letter was sent to our old address but the postman knew we had moved so brought it to us instead. We moved November last year so I am presuming all other correspondence went to the old address to. So, how do we do a SD? I have no idea.
  6. I don't know her personally, just saw her pleas for help on facebook. She isn't computer savvy so I said I would get some information for her. She did appeal, and lost those appeals, so I am assuming they had some proof to show there was no blue badge.
  7. She's had nothing. Nothing but threats. They have been told numerous times that the car is a mobility vehicle, by email. I am waiting for those emails.
  8. Two were issued December 2012, one was issued April 2013. Enforcement fee is only on the fine from April 2013 but no attendance fee. The other two both have attendance fees of £137.50. All three have three levy/visit fees of varying amounts. The two PCN's from December both went to the bailiff on 12th July 2013, the one from April 2013 went to the bailiff on 11th November 2013. I have asked her to send me the emails she has received from them and will post further details as soon as I get them. I know the new fees are a set amount but does that apply here as these were with the bailiffs before those new rules? I will ask her to get the exact date of each warrant. Thank you.
  9. And the other two... https://www.flickr.com/photos/119641422@N02/15019000250/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/119641422@N02/15019000160/
  10. I'm asking on behalf of someone else so bare with me. She received 3 PCN's in April last year. Each of them was appealed but the appeal was not successful. She has a blue badge but they all stated the badge was not on show. Anyway, the three fines were sent to Collect Services Ltd. They have never been in her home, there is no walking possession, she has never even seen them. They cost of each fine has now increased to £532 EACH. I will post screengrabs of each statement. She has a mobility car which they keep threatening to take, they say they have put the car on a stop and seize APNR program and they are refusing any and all offers of payment. They are aware that she is disabled, so therefore vulnerable, but instead of working with her they are threatening a £200 per month charge per fine. Anyway, the statements all look like this: https://www.flickr.com/photos/119641422@N02/15018823129/ I have no idea what they are levying on, presumably the car. So what should her next course of action be?
  11. It's currently £412 a year. Their estimation of my usage with 2 adults and a toddler is £526 a year. Only time well tell as I really don't have a choice.
  12. oh...this will be why http://m.hastingsobserver.co.uk/news/local/water-meters-being-installed-1-5509544 Apparently I am in a water stressed area. Despite all the rain....
  13. I rent the property. Nothing on that list applies to me unless we're in a water stressed area area I don't know about it.
  14. Southern Water are currently in the process of putting all households on to metered water. Apparently I don't have a choice. Based on their calculations this will cost me £100 a year MORE. There are 2 adults plus a toddler, we live in a little 2 bed flat, no garden, no hosepipe, no dishwasher etc. Can they really force me on to a meter? They mention a "No Access Charge" which is what I'd be charged if I don't "assist" them but I expect that'll be extortionate. I'm already struggling with the £35 a month :/
  15. You couldn't have been more helpful Lee. It was everyone else....
  16. All sorted thanks to Lee. Still going to complain about this though! However, I will also be praising Lee
  17. Hi. Not sure when you'll get round to contacting me but I'm not available between 4.30pm and 6pm. Kind of fed up of waiting to be honest....
  18. They've had the evidence. Twice. And yes, huge complaint going in once this is resolved. I've never been treated in such a despicable way. At one point I was told I was wrong and I'd read my statement incorrectly!
  19. http://m.flickr.com/#/photos/119641422@N02/12986488544/ I've forgotten how to put pics on but there's the link.
  20. I am hoping Lee is still around in the hope that he can resolve this matter. On the 28th February I made 2 payments of £30 to Vodafone using the automated service. Both payments were debited from my account as expected. Now here's the problem. Vodafone have only credited one payment to my account and have seemingly lost the other. Despite me calling everyday since Monday (when my online banking showed both payments having left) not one member of the customer service team has been of any help. I have emailed proof (as requested by 2 different "customer service" reps but not one has replied. This is despite the reassurance that they would call me back straight away. Now Vodafone, starting on trend with their ineptness, have starting sending me text messages threatening to restrict my services unless proof is provided! I am sick to the back teeth of it all now.
