  1. Hi, I can tell you that Minster Law make money from settling cases in the interest of their client and not from fobbing off or holding onto the case. In the case of the OP 98% of all accidents that happen on a roundabout are settled 50/50 due to the nature of a roundabout. As you said its the drivers side that she hit then she was also on the roundabout and as you said you dont know were she came from, I would ask if you were paying enough attention to were you where driving.
  2. They did a blanket mail shot (nice glossy 4 page ) to the area I am in. The shop is in the city centre and to all intense purposes looks like BH only that it is green and black colours. ALso noticed that their Theft and Accidental Damage (TAD) agreement is also held by a malta company
  3. Answer - When it is called Perfect Holmes. Ex management of BrightHouse have opened up a similar type store called Perfect Home. There are 15 of these dotted around the country. The latest one is in Leeds. Apparently a lot of the staff are made up of exbrighthouse staff. The terms and condition of sale are even worse than Brighthouse. I went in to buy a Laptop from them and when I went home looked through the T&C I was so shocked I went down the next day and cancelled. The Shop manager was very unhappy and and even pointed to part of the contract where it said I had no right to cancel under the "Time share act!". Just a little notice to everyone.
