Can claims against referral charges etc be made against business accounts in the same way as for personal accounts?

I have to apologise - I'm new to this - I'm in the wrong bank section. Can I transfer from here to the Nat West?

I'm new to this so not used to the jargon. I have had a history of charges over the years, including the normal bank charges, interest charges, referral charges. Which of these is legal? If any can be claimed for, how many years can you go back? The heavy charges have often compounded my problem of going overdrawn. How do I go about claiming back?
