As an update to my problem,I still GOT IT,now after spending more hours and a landline bill of £17 just calling the agents,3 saying nothing they can do only agents can sort it,agents saying only 3 can sort it,also accused me at different times that i had signed 4 phone,but also advised there operators to canvel DD till itr was sorted ,i did ,was called a week ago by payments ops asking me to pay arrears ,i refused so rang both parties 1 last time only then to be accused by agents off getting phone,activating it then returning it,they said only 2 days ago they got it back,but in previous calls found out they got it back on the 16th october[when they said contract will only be cancelled then]laugh.its now a month after that.now agents stating i cant cancel as i left it to late after 28 days plus they got no record of me asking to cancel and insisting i still pay even though still no phone to use..n ot cut me off yet though nearly owe 2 months..thing is i dont want to loose contract for obvious reasons had number yrs,and believe me the best one out of all the networks.how can they make me honour contract that they must off breached countless times.how do i get out off this???
  2. any advice on this would be appreciated,my contract was coming to an end with 3.Week before I was getting telesales calls, i listened to a few and 1 company offered a deal which i said i would look at the details when they sent them to me,i then got my bill4 days later ,the phone agents had already upgraded my contract.why?.i then proceed to spend countless hours and days trying to sort it out a few times i'd manged to get through to agents was placed on waiting list on hold only to get to number 1 in cue then they'd hangup.also got no new phone yet,when i finally get in touch again [foreign exchange] they say i've got to run around to find the phone,they give me wrong tracking number which they say is what they got off royal mail,then tell me to wait longer it has been nearly 3 weeks now and they tell me to search and wait ,they wont cancel contract has they want phone back,they want to charge me still a nearly doubled bill and say it can take up to 12 weeks b4 they can sort it,but i still have to pay,and this is only for something id said id look at...they say now i agreed to up grade and its on tape,but i have to pay £10 to listen to it...how can they do this,i have to admit last few times have lost it on phone to them .
