  1. Thank.you , I have changed my license and insurance to the new address, the Dvla Has been an oversight ! I will do that asap The restaurant can't really do anything to be honest as the car park is not owned by them, it is also across the street, the car park it by a retail park, also note that we arrived there around 8.30pm in the evening so all shops were already closed. I believe our arrival and departure times are correct. I do not have the slip anymore. With regards to the keeper and driver, how do we separate this? My name is on the correspondence sent . Also if I call the retail park , or send an email, i will have to supply my details right? Which will disclose who the driver was? What do I do next please ?.

Hi All, I hope you can help with this please. we went to a restaurant in Ilford, We were advised by the owners that the first 2 hours is free in the Car park, shortly before the 2hrs , we were out to make payment which could only be via a coin slot, we paid for 4 hours , of which we entered our plate number into the machine, got a slip. To our utter surprise we received a PCN !! ofcourse we do not have the proof of payment anymore. We do not live at the address where the PCN was sent to, we received it through mail redirection, also we just suffered a loss in the family, did not open the mails on time. Apparently all our friends who were at the restaurant also received PCNS even though we all paid by cash . Please advise as this is out of order and unfair. Parkingeye PCN 200224.pdf
  3. Thank you so much.. everyone, feeling relieved already as this has been a huge burden on my chest ! There is NO WAY I m paying the ridiculous £170 .. My only worry is CCJ. Couple of questions please .. Should I still contact Nexxus and update them of my current address? Should I call/write the retail to ask them to cancel ? What will be my explanation please ?
  4. Hello Angels .. your advise please .. I went to the subject shopping centre.. I had an emotional issue, so doing some retail therapy.. got really tearful at a point and I could not get myself to drive back home sooner,I went into Greg's to get some snacks , I was on the phone with my friend who advised me to chill a bit before setting out to drive .. to be honest I have been going to shop here for over TEN YEARS ..Never knew there was a 3 hour parking limit, I went online and saw lots of complaints. I was there for 3hrs 16 minutes.. never knew there was a parking charge there as its always been free, as i write this i still do not know, this mall is by the motor way 127 no close train station or homes nearby so i dont understand why its a parking. I also NEVER received the 1st letter which was mentioned in the attached pdf. Now its gone up to £170.. I am presently at a temporary address but I redirected my letters . But my Driving Licence is still my old address (ONE letter as attached showed my previous address) .. I plan to change when I move permanently . To my surprise the bailiff now has my temporary address! I have never responded to them. Please advise on what to do .. Thank you .. we booked a larger waste removal van but they made us cancel this as they said they do not want random people in their garden, we booked a skip which was more expensive, now the skip would not pick the mattresses and a couple of things .. so we have had to call the council and paid to have then picked. But the council gave us a date scheduled in 2 weeks.. Although we have already paid the initial skip and the council. We have now again suggested to bring in the van to clear out by ourselves, but they are still bent on clearing all out through their solicitor brother, and billing us .. so much headache .. i know the house belongs to them now .. I ve read people abandoning rubbish and stuffs in their sold homes post completion , but we are not like that .. I mean don't we have a legal right to clear out our remaining rubbish in the garden by ourselves ? Do they have a right to dispose them and bill us outrageously ?
  6. Thank you, we have tried, and they have been very condescending threatening to call the police .. its been a nightmare .. no one would ever wish to sell their home to these people ! If only we could change the hands of time .. its getting really distressing as we have a new home to unpack and settle into to .. they are making a U turn on their initial promises of working with us .. now wanting to clear things out themselves , with all other costs as I listed above and contacting their solicitors who is their brother they claim .. and seems to be the master behind all of this .. We have been in communication with them all along to clear everything, but it seems they have an agenda to get money from us .. In as much as moving is a whole lots of stress on its own , no one wants a legal battle .. but if we have a case then we will have no choice. Although they do not have our forwarding address .. As we have not gone AWOL on them, by law , even before going to their solicitors, are they not required to send us a notice of their intention before going legal? .. they have our phone numbers My question is how can we approach this legally ?
  7. Thank you, Sorry just to clarify more, we are NOT residing at the property, We left on the completion day .. this is about clearing a couple of items from the garden ..
  8. Advise needed please.. So we agreed to sell our home to this people who appeared all nicey nicey.. #mistake! they promised to work mutually with us throughout the move, We could have gazumped these people but we believe in integrity .. We told them we would be renting for a short while after the sale, we explained all processes to them, that if we were buying, it would be a different story . because the rented would be ready on the agreed completion day.. They advised that they would give us till a week after the completion date to move our things and clear out, also that they would not be moving in straightaway as they only needed access to measure up works to do and deliveries, we actually also handed the keys to them on completion. . But as soon as we completed on the sale they made a U turn ! Started complaining on why we didn't move ALL our things earlier etc etc .. this is a bit of shock to us! How easy for people to change their words! We regret selling our 12 years home to these people! Ruined our memories .. Anyway .. even though we are still within the one week agreement .. they are now claiming to go legal , they won't allow clear the stuffs in the external area. They want to dispose all items by themselves and send us a bill ! To be honest, we only need maybe a couple of the items and the rest we want to dispose by ourselves .. they are now sending us off threatening calling the police, Very disheartening.. also, before now we called a waste removal van who could have removed all rubbish at once with more helping hands.. they said they don't want random people on their property, they made us cancel this .. they insisted on a skip.. the skip came and refused to pick mattresses, we then had to call the council but they (council) gave us a pick up date scheduled in 2 weeks time.. these items are out of their way as there is a huge garden and a shed. In as much as we have been trying to take things cool with them so we do not end in sour terms from selling a 12 years home with lovely memories .. we are running out of patience now. These last few days have been full of insults, disrespects, never raised our voices once in that neighbourhood.. So we have been keeping our calm .. never experienced more nasty people in our entire lives!.. . We have kept to our words and never said we would abandon the rubbish. , The house is completely emptied.. just some bips and bops in the garden .. They are now claiming charging us extra days , disposal , also said that he did his back while lifting one of our items etc etc !! What legal rights have we please ?

  14. I have just checked, He is registered on companies house, i went back to check my facebook messages as someone did a screenshot of him on linked in then ... but when i checked him on linked in now, he has changed his surname !
  15. i have checked through all my emails , can't find any contract ! to be honest trying to juggle my brain now ... i cant remember signing anything, i think i actually got the £500 cancellation info. from one of my friends who called to ask for a refund of his initial fee, and he told my friend He would send him a £500 invoice for cancelling, looking through my emails, i found that one form was actually gone while i was still filling it out, and i sent an email to them that the form went before i pressed submit, and He responded to my email that it was okay ... I have also gone to search up his name on facebook and there is a topic actually created on the 1st of April and people discussing about how he is fleecing people and debiting accounts with experiences similar to mine ...

Yes , i paid with my business debit card Monzo, i have also sent them a message but being a bank holiday today not sure if they could do anything to reverse, I have all the details of this financial advice company, I have the director's details , He was the one i spoke with initially , He and his business are also on facebook ... how can i go about this please , He calls himself an Accountant, this is not ethical at all , especially not this time when businesses are struggling
  17. Hello, I need advice on how to go about this please , I am fuming ! Someone on facebook recommended a financial advise company that could help Me apply for a Bounce Back loan for my business, To be honest I have 3 businesses, I already applied for a very low amount for one of the businesses as i did not think this Covid problem would last this long i got for approved this, a couple of months later i realised I would needed more funds to stay afloat, but I decided i might need more support or advise to apply again , This was the point i contacted this financial advise company, of which I paid £149 for initial advise and engagement, i also introduced 3 other friends to them .... i realised after speaking with them that they were not really offering anything special, they told me they would help me to open another high street bank account, process it on my behalf and then charge £1,500 ... when their email came through it was different from what they 'said' that is I would have to do everything myself ! i thought , if I could apply for the 1st loan myself, without any other help why should i continue with this people ? I went ahead and applied just the way i applied for the 1st loan , and i got approved for my 2nd business... all my other friends also pulled out because of this same reason this was about 8 months ago ... I also saw a couple of people on facebook calling them out ... more reason why i decided not to go ahead with them... This morning an amount of £500 has been debited from my account ! for cancellation of engagement .. I do remember at the point of paying the £149 , i also signed an non-engagement document of £500 , but they didn't help me to process this application... They may want to claim Non engagement , but i think all this has been premeditated, How can i get my money back from them ? please help

But PE declined and insisted on £70 .. i actually logged onto their site, brought out my card to pay up .. but then i had a 2nd thought of how much food i could get for that and then remembered this group! So I decided to give it a go !.. nothing like a WINNING soul Hats off to CAG ..

  20. Okay .. Sorry thanks Phew !! This did NOT drag at all !! I wrote to Aldi CEO attaching purchase evidence and hospital letters, they responded within 72 hrs that they will authorise CEL to cancel the PCN (attached), today I got the cancellation letter from CEL . UP CAG for life !! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE ! Panic over !! HAPPY DAYS
