I clicked on the link and it brings uploads of templates which 1 would suit best please:) I'll get it written tonight then And cause I'm now dissputting my account with them they have said they've passed it on to Moorcroft should I be worried lol as Studio couldn't produce a signed agreement so Moorcroft won't be able too! Studio said they don't have to produce this agreement so if they can't produce it how can they be adding charges on all the time? They are begining to get on my nerves lol

High just read through this which letter outa of the 10 or so templates did you send please as Studio have added **** loads on my account and I want it back ;-)

I'll know if they have done somthing like this as I sign my letters different;)

I just looked at it again and its not a signed agreement as requested but mearly the application form I filled in to start with! Cabot sent me the paper work the other day fella.

After 6 months of waiting they finaly sent through a copy of a signed agreement from 1996 I stopped paying on it in 1999 due to being out of work due to injury. It was then took over by Global Debt Recovery who then passed it on to caboot. I then starting paying £10 a month from 2002-2005 I then heard nothing from any1 untill about 7 months ago. They are now claiming they will persue with recovering the debt if I don't contact them within the next 14 days. Any ideas where I should go with this now? Thanks in advance

It will be on hold permanently because they've been chassing it for 14yrs to no avail. I bet the archives won't go back that far as the debt had been through about 6 different companys before they got hold of it!

I had a letter like that of Cabot after I sent them a CCA! They returned my pound so 12 days later I sent them another letter to follow up my 1st 1 and they have put my account on hold permantly;) And all because they could'nt supply the info required:D
