  1. I have 2 defaulted debts with Cahoot (a credit card and loan) they sold the creditcard to LSB in 2008 and in 2010 the loan obvisouly went to Santander. now I have done a request for a list of transactions regarding these debts to LSB and Santander, LSB gave me a list of transactions and the agreement which was fine. I have requested the same from Santander, they provided me with the same credit agreement as LSB provided (same date and signature) when both debts where taken out at different times, so obviously one has sent the wrong agreement (i'm pretty sure it is santander). Now, I have a disagreement on the outstanding balance with Santander, they say i owe more than £1,000 than i think i do, so i NEED the list of transactions to sort this. Santander have said i will need to pay £5 for everymonth since the account opened this adds up to over £360+, shorly this is not right ? They also state that i can get access to my statments online, however my access was suspended when i defaulted on the loan. Any ideas on what i should do? I made a formal complaint to Santander but they admiate I have to pay a fortune for a statment and that they have sent the correct credit agreement Any help much appreciated!!!
  2. I can't see the FOS saying £12 charges are unfair. As they ruled that Lloyds £200 penalty charges where fair and told me to pay them the £800 in charges owed (after waiting months and months...) Although i still refused and the bank dropped the case in the end...
  3. the orginal lender removed their entry of the debt on sale. But i have letter from them stating that this debt should be defaulted as at May 2004. So there is only one entry for this debt it's just now 4 years later than it should be...
  4. I have been on an arrangement since 2004 with a debt with a lender, paying as much as i could afford. They have decided to sale this debt along with my personal details in 2008 this year to another company, which i understand is perfectly legal. The thing i'm annoyed about is the new company have added a default notice to my credit file dated jun'08. Now i have never had any agreement with this company to default on! I contacted the orginal company who sold the debt and they simply said it's nothing to do with them anymore. are companies legally allowed to add default notices to your account when i have not signed an agreement with them ? I am fine with the orginal lender filing a default notice as long as it is correctly dated and maintained.
