  1. Do I wait until I finish the draft before I see your draft? How do I show you the draft - I'm really new at this - do I send you a Word document as an attachment? If so how do I attach? As you can see, I'ts 3am, I'm still terrified, can't sleep. I really appreciate your guidance as at least I can get out of bed instead of lying there worrying and do some work on this. Thank you so much Ell-Enn, this makes me feel I'm doing something about my predicament. Chris
  2. I'm finalising the financials, especially the forecast. Should be done in a day or two - Is that ok?
  3. It went to court. Shelter provided the solicitor and she was outstanding. The judge gave me a six month repayment plan then they added the outstanding arears to the capital. I met my obligations but then this business came up and it was too good to miss - I'm already making ok money and its improving weekly. Thank you so much for your help - I will have a good go at this form tonight. Thanks again, so much, for your help. Chris.
  4. nothing since 20th May - they are pretty sharp aren't they? I've downloaded the file and I'm on it right now, what should I do next? - your are pretty wonderful btw!
  5. Pretty much spot-on - I have receipts for £1500 for part of the biz, and another grand or so in unexpected purchaces, stock, utilities etc, all accounted for, receipted and less than the outstanding amount on the mortgage (before the legal costs of £500 were added)
  6. Just me, no kids, just bought a new shop and it took all my cash
  7. As far as I can tell it's a new one - I stuck to the repayment plan for six months and they sent my file back from the solicitors to Abbey
  8. I have to attend court on 30 Sept and I have arrears of about 3k - I've been through this once before about two years ago and I got it under control that time. I'm worried sick because this is the second time i'm being taken to court they will simply repossess my house. Any help would be wonderful.
