Hi Folks-newbie here so be gentle!! Last week I telephoned vodafone to see what offers they had on pay monthly deals. The operator went through differnet packages and I told her that I wanted free landlines and vodafone to vodafone calls. The package she offered was £35 p.m which included free landlines, free vodafone to vodafone,700 cross network mins and 250 free texts. That package seemed to suit my needs so I specifically repeated it back to her,word for word, so that there no mis-understandings and she said that it was correct. Today I got my contract in the post and vodafone to vodafone wasnt on it! I phoned customer services to clarify this and was told that you can have EITHER free landline calls OR vodafone to vodafone,but not both.I asked if they could listen to the original phone call as the original operator said that it was being recorded and That I felt I had deliberately been mis-sold a package that apparently did not exist. The operator said that I can cancel my contract as it is within 14 days but I have changed all my contact numbers etc,and all I really want is the original package I was offered. I was told that someone would phone me back tomorrow but just wanted a bit of info before they contact me! Any help would be appreciated. Stevie
