  4. I sent LBA to him by e-mail and there is no harm in sending the first,but once everyone gets wind of his e-mail this guy is gonna have some overtime. Not gonna spend any yet gonna keep for raining day but moved to another bank account in cast they change they minds... Good Luck

  11. yes i read yours....i hope i get something out of this as i have asked for £935 in charges to be refund for a 2 year period,have sent the second letter by email to mr bacon the solictor for nationwide and also i have posted it. If i have another bad response then it has to be the small claims court so fingers crossed and lets see what happens

  13. Hi like the rest of you i got the first letter telling me basically it was my fault for running up the unpaid charges and i won't be geting a penny back. I am not sure where to find the second stage letter anis it best to e-mail them as i have that bacon chaps e-mail who is the solicitor for nationwide.
